Cretan Treasure Green Olives are mainly cultivated in the Chalkidiki region of nothern Greece.

Large-fruited olives, cylindrical-conical in dull green-yellow colour , they are picked from September 15th to October 15th placed in saline and processed for removing the bitterness.
